The problems with the Red Left Anarchists: A Post-Left Anarchist/Transcendentalist critique
Pleroma and tox.chat is not hard to use, setting up a riseupVPN is easy as well. I mean, u can create an account on the kolektiva.social if u wanna dip ur toes in the water, or fedi.absturztau.be you will need to use ur riseup email or protonmail though.
The fedi is steadily growing, every centralised platform has already been replaced: Twitter/Facebook with Pleroma, YouTube with Peertube, Spotify with Whalefunk etc. It's all based on federationism/free-association, also you can purge all of your data permanently and the platforms are VPN friendly. There is also Element.io or tox.chat which are Discord spin-offs that have higher encryption standards than Telegram or Signal; tox.chat is a bit more begginer friendly whereas Element/Matrix requires more experience with cryptography. I am starting my own instance/server- this does require some basic knowledge in coding and using Linux. There is FOSS (free & open sourced software) which doesnt necessarily require Linux OS- like, you can install GIMP on Windows or Apple as well to replace Photoshop if you wanna design posters without having to pay $$$.

Jami (version 20220422-01): Secure and distributed communication platform
- Idea: use a portion of the donations that Monero has received (and maybe do more fundraising) to partner with Signal Private Messenger and replace their current partner MobileCoin. This would be huge for Monero. At least reach out to Signal about it and see what they say!

Searching for an online conference tool for 20-25 people
What about Jami? I’ve heard they’ve cleaned it up quite a bit. With a quick search, I can’t find how it functions with the load you’re talking about, but it might be worth looking at.

how can i encrypt and decrypt string using rsa algorithm. is there a lib or something
The TLS is a crypto-system like that, it is used for every website with HTTPS, but it is not really works for e2ee IM chats. (Jami tries to use a variation of it (DTLS over UDP) to make e2ee chats.)
