In regards to PCB Stage 4, it’s a considerable jump in difficulty from the previous stages, which can catch players off guard if it’s their first time playing. A good way to improve and be consistent with is to use 32thSystem’s Universal Practice Patch (GitHub link here) to practice the stage. Also don’t worry, your English is fine.

The source code for THCRAP is publicly available, so it's not like they're hiding anything. Whatever other closed-source patch you manage to dig up is much more likely to have malware, so if you're this concerned I'd suggest learning Japanese.
