TinyRoot is 1 mb , the smallest i have ever seen.

What would be the hypothetical most minimal (or "debloated" ig) possible linux system?
tinycore has WAY more functionality than OP is looking for. floppinux crams a stripped out but modern kernel and busybox onto a single floppy. tbh it's still a lot of bloat for what OP wants.

I was playing with floppinux about a year ago (and fixing it to actually work on 486 and 586 class hardware, because that's the sort of thing I spend time on). It's modern Linux parts (5.x kernels, modern musl, etc.) that still fits on a floppy.
