Analysis of Twitter algorithm code reveals social medium down-ranks tweets about Ukraine
They have made a major part of the code source available recently: the algorithm. However there are at least three issues with calling this an "open source Twitter":

Something tells me Twitter isn’t going to get anything useful from their GitHub issues

Twitter released the source code for the algorithm that recommends tweets
Yeah, that's a basic problem, plus the neural network in the middle is just a recipe for a neural network, without any of the training weights or anything, because it is the data, people's personal data, that this would embody, that is the source of wealth for the network.

BPYTOP - a fun HTOP alternative :-)
Check out btop. It’s a rewrite of bpytop in C++. Both are from the same author. FYI, bpytop is also a rewrite of bashtop in python.
- TIL: You can view CPU frequency and temperature in htop
- Task Manager similar to the Windows task manager

Btop looks great
As far as I remember, the guy made first the bashtop, that was slow as molasses but looks cool. Then he made bpytop that is the same idea but ported to python, and then finally ported to C++ and we got just btop.
What are some alternatives?
btop - A monitor of resources
bashtop - Linux/OSX/FreeBSD resource monitor
htop - htop - an interactive process viewer
glances - Glances an Eye on your system. A top/htop alternative for GNU/Linux, BSD, Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
gotop - A terminal based graphical activity monitor inspired by gtop and vtop
awesome-alternatives-in-rust - A curated list of replacements for existing software written in Rust
conky - Light-weight system monitor for X, Wayland, and other things, too
