Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

other than that you can also use Ebsynth which is used to apply a keystroke (style) to a video, this is the fastest and easiest option but produces less variation for the video, you can go around this by using more keystrokes and only apply them to a few images in your image sequence
[D] Is there any AI solution to "fill in" images between images?

If you want an out-of-the-box solution to handle it for you, EbSynth is nice. A more cutting-edge solution would probably be using a diffusion model (e.g. latent diffusion models,) but at that point you're getting into needing to do research yourself. If you're looking to train your own thing, I'd start with the LDM architecture and get video frame data from YouTube-8m.
