tamagui VS serverless-graphql

Many times, while developing mobile applications with React Native, I have thought about the possibility of reusing components in both web and mobile contexts. Recently, I came across a library called Tamagui that allows components to be shared in both React Web and React Native.

Hello. I'm looking for a Svelte UI component library with a minimalistic modern look like NextUI or Tamagui. Preferably not looking for something that looks like Material UI or a Shadcn-UI clone. Tailwind would be a plus.

For backend we're working on a starter kit that puts together all the pieces (there are a lot!) that's days from release, if you reach out on the Discord I can help get you on as a beta tester. It uses Supabase for data and auth, which seems to give the best overall package for data and auth.

For state depends entirely on the complexity of app. For simple apps you can get away with just something like React Query and Reacts useState, for more complex one of Daishi's state management libraries (everyone has their different preference, I love the black sheep Valtio), or the new kid on the block Legend State looks interesting.

Since then, the ecosystem has changed. Using the Serverless Framework makes deployment simpler. We released the managed Tracetest App making any serverless-based systems simpler to instrument and test. You can now test public-facing apps with no infra overhead!

We see some great results from using these in conjunction with frameworks such as SST or Serverless, and also some real spaghetti from people who organically proliferate 100’s of functions over time and lose track of how they relate to each other or how to update them safely across time and service. In this example, we're using the serverless framework to quickly set up the Lambda function along with an API gateway for the entry point. The lambda function is a simple Koa REST API with a few functional endpoints.

Naturally, there are several options available to declare your cloud resources. The options with the most popularity are the CDK, AWS CloudFormation, SST, Serverless framework, Terraform, and AWS SAM. There are others, but when talking about Infrastructure as Code (IaC), these are the ones you hear about most often.

It's a bit easier in Python if you use tools like https://www.serverless.com/. I'm not sure if Rust has something similar yet.
