Nextcloud Talk (version 12.2.0): Have private video calls and chat using your own server.

Some Linux distros have build reproducibility efforts, but these would be impossible to do for Google Play apps, because it would require the developers to publish their Google Firebase password and open it up to abuse. Not relying on the monopolistic Firebase would be unreliable.
