Grabbing Japanese text
For manga, you can use mokuro but it does require quite a fast computer if you are dealing with a big amount of chapters/volumes and it is a bit complicated to use for a non-tech-user, if you are having trouble setting it i would just recommend using bilingualmanga.net (you can hoover over the words on this one) or mangareader(dot)to
