You'll need to use one of the many swiper/slider frameworks available, using a small amount of include code. Here's one (of many) that will do the job: https://swiperjs.com/

Set up a Custom Post Type or an ACF Repeater field to capture your data. Display it on the front end with an established package like swiperjs.

Are you creating your own slider? You a library like Tiny Slider (https://github.com/ganlanyuan/tiny-slider) or Owl Carousel.
