RIP Flynn.io
I'm working on a self-hosted, open source PaaS called Swarmlet. I really like Dokku, but I needed something that's a bit more scalable to my needs.
The installer is currently broken, I simply don't have enough time / bandwidth right now to work on it unfortunately.
That said, if you want to contribute, please let me know! I hope to get things running again soon.

Running Nomad for a Home Server
I think we have passed the first stage where people have gone through a couple of disasters and have learned they actually didn't need majority of the features k8s offers at their scale. They are now actively looking for simpler tools which opens space for nomad and co. Plus success stories from companies like https://fly.io(yes I like them) with nomad are pilling up.
