This might be a good place to use something like streamlit (https://streamlit.io/). Turn you notebook into a script, have them upload the file (or have them enter a network path). Run your code over the file, and return the file. Streamlit can run on your local machine, or on some other local machine, or streamlit can host it

So far I have tested or use https://koinly.io/ https://www.cointracker.io/ https://www.accointing.com/ https://cointracking.info/ https://rotki.com/ and there is no perfect product yet. Those may be totally sufficient for most people but I am constantly playing around with newer things like Fantom, Terra, Avalanche, etc. and all of the platforms lag heavily on supporting most of that. You can also check out https://app.zerion.io/ and https://zapper.fi/ to get a bit more insight. Last of all https://apeboard.finance/ can also sometimes be helpful. Good luck!
