There's also spelunker plugin with the features you mentioned but might not be what OP is looking for as a spell correction in a code editor.

Spellchecker in nvim lsp
I'm still using Spelunker.vim. The UI is a bit out of date, even for a VimScript plugin. But I appreciate that it keeps spelling separate from diagnostics, which IMO should exist in different domains.
