Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

An Open Source Rust SNMP Simulator
Recently when looking for a way to provide more of our engineers an opportunity to develop and hone their Rust skills and hit on the idea of rewriting the agent simulator in Rust. Not only that, we decided to develop it in the open.

WR update for the 4d Rubik's Cube (3x3x3x3), now sub 4 minutes! (for context the WR was over 10 minutes just 2 months ago...)
I'm glad you asked! Here's the classic video by Mathologer explaining what the heck is going on. I recommend using Hyperspeedcube rather than MC4D as it's more modern and contains more speedsolving features (disclosure: I wrote Hyperspeedcube). Feel free to join the Hypercubers Discord as well!

Anyone here with autoimmune arthritis?
If typing is okay, you could try virtual cubing. I know it's not the same, but it's something. IIRC cstimer has a virtual puzzle, and I made a program Hyperspeedcube that also has virtual 3x3x3 (altho it's mainly intended for 4D cubing).

2D Rubik's Cube easier to understand
https://github.com/HactarCE/Hyperspeedcube enables you to solve 4D cubes, the exploded visualization is standard but I think it is pretty cool
here is it in action https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCvn9-JvXgY&list=PLKwXjCUFqO...

First ever sub 1 minute physical 2x2x2x2 solve! UWR!
We can't build them easily, but we can stimulate them! Hyperspeedcube supports from 14 to 94. Solving 44 and up is pretty much how you'd expect: assemble centers, then "ridges" (like an extra edge pairing step), then edges, then solve like a 34.
