How can I move and manage large numbers of virtual environments? The most of them is based on GitHub tools, for example: https://github.com/sherlock-project/sherlock. Can I move created virtual environments between the same OS (Ubuntu > Ubuntu or Fedora > Fedora)?

How to check, something exist on XYZ website with Python? How Sherlock/UserRecon tools work?
I think about creating a tool for searching usernames across different sites on the internet. I know two tools for that (Sherlock and UserRecon), but I really want to create my own tool. In my opinion, this is the best way to learn language.
