Linux shell samples to create a ticket in ServiceNow
2 projects | /r/servicenow | 15 Oct 2021
I don't think anyone has implemented a library for doing that in shell script. Many language ecosystems have API wrappers for interacting with ServiceNow which you may want to consider. For example: aiosnow (Python), servicenow-rest-api (Node)
What are some alternatives?

axios - Promise based HTTP client for the browser and node.js
aiosnow - Asynchronous Python ServiceNow library
