?Best LLM service for a tiny home server
My plan is to make a home-server by putting a Google Coral M.2 Accelerator in an m92p tiny thinkstation (after I've given it a Xeon E3-1265L V2 and 32gb of DDR3 RAM ofc, annnd once I connect the M.2(E) to the mini-PCIe socket and get past the BIOS whitelisting  might take me a year to get around to, but heck when I do, I'll be the queen of 2015!). The only other things I want to serve are a 3-user Nextcloud instance, and a very basic home-assistant instance.

What would you do with 10-20 HP EliteDesks?
Could dedicate 2 of them to home server stuff or smart home automations. Pihole, docker, plex, nextcloud etc.

I created UltimateHomeServer - A K3s based all-in-one home server solution
A couple additiona maybe?: - Piwigo great for photo management. Could be used as an alternative to Google Photos - Nexcloud for file sharing. Replacement for Google Drive.

Are there newer versions than 25.0.6?
If you want to risk it, you can download the rc (release candidate) source package from GitHub and upgrade manually.

Looking for a Feature-Rich, Self-Hosted Note-Taking and Productivity App - Need Recommendations!
While considering alternatives, I thought about DokuWiki, which looks like an unlikely solution, and Nextcloud, which I've already used in the past. Both seem a good option in their own right, though I favor Nextcloud because it's a more direct approach. However, I'm inclined towards a solution that's leaner and less bloated. Nevertheless, if any of those is the one that is most likely to solve my dilemma, I'm open towards using any of those two. I'm also investigating Anytype.io, which seems like the best option, but it seems it works with an invitation.

Image delivery for weddings
I can suggest 3 options. * Photoview - It is like a gallery with recursive folder structure (folders inside folders) support. You can create shareable links for the folders, with password protection. The UI is great. And your clients will be able to download the complete folder, also individual images at either full resolution or reduced. The issue is you cannot use the UI to add or delete photos, but it can be a great thing for security and stability. * Chevereto - It is more like imgur. You upload all the files using the UI and create albums and their sharable links. I do not think if it supports videos at all. * Nextcloud - Another great option if you want to give your clients a Google Drive or a Dropbox like experience. You can create custom links, like example .com/client-name, which can look more professional. For better videos experience you'll need hardware acceleration.

Turning an old Android phone into a SBC
Nextcloud is functionally similar to Dropbox, Office 365 or Google Drive but is self-hosted so you are in control of your data. This version is a lightly-forked version of NextCloudPi, which was developed for SBCs like the Raspberry Pi. Only a few changes from upstream and some SysV initscripts were required to get this working nicely in Linux Deploy.

Raspberry Pi Encryption
About installing the instance, I recommend using Docker (in particular, use docker-compose.yaml files instead of running docker commands) - an all-in-one setup is available by using Docker -> https://github.com/nextcloud/all-in-one/ - a lighter all-in-one with only Nextcloud and features to make it available online -> https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloudpi - if you want Nextcloud only locally -> https://github.com/nextcloud/docker#base-version---apache (this is a good example of what you can put inside a docker-compose.yaml file)

NextCloudPi for Android download link
I sent a PR to investigate if it's viable to accomodate this deployment method out-of-the-box. Not many changes needed, mostly just code for network detecton. If accepted, a fork won't be necessary and NCP could install (and update) on Android just like it does currently in Docker or on bare-metal.
- Nextcloud installation is a waste of users' time
What are some alternatives?
OpenMediaVault - openmediavault is the next generation network attached storage (NAS) solution based on Debian Linux. It contains services like SSH, (S)FTP, SMB/CIFS, DAAP media server, RSync, BitTorrent client and many more. Thanks to the modular design of the framework it can be enhanced via plugins. OpenMediaVault is primarily designed to be used in home environments or small home offices, but is not limited to those scenarios. It is a simple and easy to use out-of-the-box solution that will allow everyone to install and administrate a Network Attached Storage without deeper knowledge.
Samba - https://gitlab.com/samba-team/samba is the Official GitLab mirror of https://git.samba.org/samba.git -- Merge requests should be made on GitLab (not on GitHub)
