I never liked how `mv` would make new subfolders [when the destination has a subfolder with the same name](https://github.com/chapmanjacobd/journal/blob/main/programmi...) so I made my own utility.
`library merge-folders` acts similar to `rclone move` but it doesn't copy--instead it only renames and it preserves inodes.
