What I finally did is cloning the rtl8821ce project locally and run a Manual Installation.

You could try the third-party driver. Unfortunately, there are no Fedora instructions. I did find a Copr for it, but it's badly out of date.

sudo apt install bc module-assistant build-essential dkms git clone https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce cd rtl8821ce sudo m-a prepare sudo ./dkms-install.sh

I dont know what else to do I tried to download these drivers ( tomaspinho/rtl8821ce (github.com) ) but nothing changed i really dont know what to do or how to look-up this problem on google

I tried installing the WIFI card drivers from github from this repo Realtek RTL8821CE Driver and it didn't work. I can't even install its dependencies : Terminal result for installing dependencies here is my results for dkms status :

I use https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce.git to compile my wireless module each time there is a major update on kernel.

As I've said this one (rtl8821cu) is a pita to setup. Try this instead https://github.com/brektrou/rtl8821CU.

it looks like the driver is identified as the 8821cu. this looks like the more up to date driver listed on that page and is recommended in some of the probes listed below: https://github.com/brektrou/rtl8821CU

Install the dkms driver from here: https://github.com/brektrou/rtl8821CU (I'm 99% certain this is the correct driver).

That means, it can work with libre Debian systems without proprietary firmware in /lib/firmware. I installed this driver : https://github.com/brektrou/rtl8821CU. I was curious to where the proprietary firmware is, but I couldn't find a .bin file in the source code. Wonder if someone else more skilled than me can find it.

Then we are copying the code from the git repository (git clone https://github.com/brektrou/rtl8821CU.git), and move into the directory it created (cd rtl8821CU).
