If your jurisdiction allows you to use fifo/lifo you can have a look at rotki https://rotki.com it's open source and it allows you to retain ownership over your data (all the web2 tax sites own all your data and could sell it, e.g. to chain analysis companies if they wanted to)

Firmware Outdated & Key Phrase Lost, Locked Out
Can you perhaps use a deprecated version of a 3rd party Ethereum wallet that is Ledger compatible? I'm thinking of MyEtherWallet or something older, but still supported?
Have you tried any deprecated MyEtherWallet versions or perhaps MyCrypto - or any other Ethereum wallets that can have Ledgers connect via hardware wallet? Taho (formerly TallyHo) might be a decent option worth trying as well?
-
Is MyEtherWallet still safe/reliable?
From what appears to be their website at https://www.myetherwallet.com/
...I get a Github link to https://github.com/MyEtherWallet/MyEtherWallet ...which appears to be active.
Perhaps you are referring to the wrong Github repo? Development still pretty active, check the commit records: https://github.com/MyEtherWallet/MyEtherWallet/commits/main

Help - Assets stuck on old firmware
We'd suggest using an older version of MyEtherwallet with your Ledger to see if you're able to send your transactions from there. You can find older versions here https://github.com/MyEtherWallet/MyEtherWallet/releases

Coinbase internal transaction to Trezor - how to make visible
Coinbase changed the way they do ETH transactions and Trezor has not yet caught up. The transaction itself is not visible on the Trezor but the balance change is. So if you have 0.5 ETH and send in another 0.5 ETH, your total would show 1.0 ETH. If you want to see the transaction history, you will have to access the wallet via one of the third party sites that accepts Trezor signatures such as MEW. Honestly I would not bother linking to Metamask, moving the coins, then moving them back, then unlinking. That will be expensive and risky. Just use MEW to see the transaction history.
- URGENT: Can anyone tell me what's an ACTIVE walletS and where I can find a list of 20 active wallets? I recently got accepted in the Blockchain club of our college (corporate/operations domain) and I have zero idea about how it works.
