Undeletable calendars
Not sure if this is the same problem, but I've had users with stuck calendars and ghost delegations that were created in older versions of Outlook and I resolved it by hard-deleting them with MFC MAPI: https://github.com/stephenegriffin/mfcmapi

Exchange Online: Recevining Calendar Notifications for Colleague.
Only way to effectively remove it is to open the desktop outlook client with the /cleanrules switch or to use MFCMAPI and remove the rule from the hidden depths of the mailbox.
