Requesting someone to patch a YouTube file for me
You should be able to use Revancify on your armv7 device, or you can try the ReVanced Builder on PC. The builder can be buggy though. There's also the CLI on PC, but it's a bit difficult for beginners and I don't know of a good guide for it.

You've used this NodeJs Builder (https://github.com/reisxd/revanced-builder) right? If so how did you use it because for me the oauth client id patch gives me errors on it.

That said... Besides creating an issue for the devs in hopes they either fix or find the problem, i can't think of any other way to do it other than using the cli (or the unofficial, yet trustworthy builder)... And that's a bit less beginner-friendly...

The illusion of free choice
Regarding Youtube. I shouldn't be recommending complicated ways, much less send github links in here but currently this is one of the simpler solutions to build a revanced.apk that you could install for android if you are willing to do it. Or maybe revanced discord could help build an apk for you. https://github.com/reisxd/revanced-builder

For me it didn't patch it at all. Just downloaded a 3rd party APK instead. When I have time I'll patch it on my computer which wasn't even an option I knew I had until I was already at least 2 hours into troubleshooting. Fucking annoying.

Well, I'm not a part of the ReVanced dev team, but if you want to get it working on your phone, I would suggest filing a ticket on the GitHub issue tracker. Just make sure to provide as much detail as possible in your report so that the developers know where to dig. Even though I'm not a ReVanced contributor, I am a software engineer and I can't express strongly enough how annoying it is when a customer's ticket says nothing other than "it's not working for me."

YSK: Firefox on Android can play videos and audio in the background and with the screen off
Go to github and download the YouTube revanced manager. You'll also need what's called vanced microg Then download the YouTube apk from apk mirror. Make sure to just download the apk and not the bundle. Then open the revanced manager app and select your YouTube apk to patch it.
