you can use free reshade with this https://github.com/notpeelz/reshade-xhair in addition to the sight, you can set a filter for colorfullnes, sharpness, etc. https://i.imgur.com/baaJ2I4.jpg

Sure. Don't forget that you also need to get the reshade-xhair effects files that you'll use with ReShade.
Almost 400 hours in kovaak's and it's still helping! I switched from controller about two years ago and my in-game aim has already benefitted so much.
