react-native-track-player VS react-native-image-cache

So I tried playing music through the app before moving on to dealing with the back-end; here is where the React Native Track Player library comes into play.

I'm trying to run the app in simulator. One of the libraries is react-native-track-player and it's using Swift so I had to create bridging header - https://react-native-track-player.js.org/docs/basics/installation/#enable-swift-modules. Pod installation went success but on running the app I'm getting this below error:

This app lets you download your Spotify playlists easily and listen to the track even when you are offline. It has a built in Music Player to play the tracks ( thanks to the library React Native Track Player ).

To accomplish this task, we’ve chosen georstat/react-native-image-cache library.

I gave a try to smaller libs like georstat/react-native-image-cache but ran into some stability issues while attempting very simple use cases.

If you’re not caching images already and you’re in bare react-native then use this package for caching: https://github.com/georstat/react-native-image-cache , it’s lighter than FastImage. Disclaimer: I’m the author

Fast image can be a memory hogger in flatlists, you could try https://github.com/georstat/react-native-image-cache witch stores images in file system (i’m one of the authors).

Hi fellow devs, me and my colleagues after releasing react-native-image-cache we also released a simple image gallery with thumbnails preview. The module has 0 external dependencies so it can be used with expo. We're planning on creating a react-native-image-cache package for expo too, stay tuned :) .

I see you’re using 2 modules for image-caching, me and my colleagues have created a file system remote image caching module, in our cases react-native-fast-image was killing the device memory so we got inspiration from other modules and created: https://github.com/georstat/react-native-image-cache . It uses react-native-file-access witch is by far more stable than react-native-fs that you’re using and it supports almost the same stuff.
