Google Docs will move to canvas based rendering instead of DOM

I remember Flipboard using canvas to render their UI before using react, which has the same idea, you can look at the repo and their post about it:
Using KonvaJS as canvas with React

Is it possible on react native ???

You can also try using Canvas element in react https://github.com/Flipboard/react-canvas
Any js game library where I can use react ?

I'm confused, there is react-canvas. Does it just not work very good?
Interactive game map over a web browser

Yup, this was built with three.js - which is a layer of abstraction on-top of vanilla WebGL stuff - it's been around for a decade or so, but if you haven't heard of it before then I'm excited for you! So many cool new things to discover! There's also a-frame, which provides a layer on-top of three.js to give it an entity-component system (like Unity), and babylon.js - which is three.js's main competitor.

With devices like Oculus Rift, which are now more accessible, virtual reality is becoming a thing again. We can use JS to develop new stuff for such devices. ThreeJS, aframe, React VR, and others are JSframeworks for creating and developing Virtual Reality.

I think there is a lot possible with a ThreeJS approach for DataViz. For instance there is a project to have R implemented in A-Frame (a simplified HTML like framework for ThreeJS). 3D in AR/VR is definitely a whole new visual language space for education such as the work by FlowImmersve's TicTok Data Guy .
For legal and architectural reasons I'm getting my soon-to-be homestead (together with a several acre forest) modelled in 3D. Can I make a game out of it?

I would look into A-Frame since you mentioned you'd like it to be web-based. I wrote this quick example just to show you how it could look: https://aware-incandescent-price.glitch.me (source code: https://glitch.com/edit/#!/aware-incandescent-price)

These technologies allow you render beautiful experiences on the web. Whether it be AR/VR with AFrame, exciting browser games with phaser or everything else with the likes of three.js and D3.js. These technologies let you tap into the power of the canvas and webGL.
Designers, i want to learn AR/VR design. Where would recommend i start

I learn by doing with this js tool : https://aframe.io
Virtual Reality using IPFS
reddit.com/r/ipfs | 2021-06-24
Any static content can easily be loaded from IPFS, which makes toolkits like A-Frame fantastic for generating VR content to serve over IPFS

You can also visit the A-Frame website and explore other sample projects.

A-Frame is built on top of Three.js and I'd argue it has a significantly reduced learning curve. You can always dip down to the Three.js layer once you need to/get to that point.
What are some alternatives?
PixiJS - The HTML5 Creation Engine: Create beautiful digital content with the fastest, most flexible 2D WebGL renderer.
unity-webxr-export - Develop and export WebXR experiences using Unity WebGL
hubs - Duck-themed multi-user virtual spaces in WebVR. Built with A-Frame.
