This repository is a mirror by a completely unrelated third party. The original repo was https://github.com/GTAmodding/re3.

What happened to the GTA Vice City native linux port?
It used to reside at https://github.com/GTAmodding/re3/tree/miami
- Exclusive: A fully functioning Zelda 64 PC port is ‘90% complete’ (VGC)
-
Zelda 64 has been fully decompiled
Also re3 and reVC (in the same repo), though it is down for now, pending the outcome of a court filing... https://github.com/GTAmodding/re3

Systematic method to reverse engineer and rewrite DOS games
I tried to check for GTA out of curiosity, but their code was taken down by DCMA it seems: https://github.com/GTAmodding/re3
- Remember that GTA projects that got banned off GitHub? Guess what? Rockstar just announced GTA Trilogy.
- GTA 3 and Vice City fully reverse engineered

Take-Two is suing the creators of GTA 3 and Vice City reverse engineering projects | VGC
Funnily enough, they do supply some.
It's not; quotes from the readme on their github repo:
-
Take Two has launched a lawsuit against all 14 of the developers of the GTA 3 and GTA Vice City reverse engineering project, after the developers submitted a counter claim against Take Two's DMCA (git link in comments for archival)
Sadly as /u/madjoki pointed out, they're likely fucked because there are infringing files.

- I have never played morrowind before. Would it be bad to play on the phone for the first time?
-
How can I use a custom resolution on Android?
Now, I use Docent27's port, (https://github.com/docent27/OMW) instead of the original made by Xyzz (https://github.com/xyzz/openmw-android) because it has some neat QoL features like auto-running and quickloading.
-
The Elderscrolls Morrowind looks amazing on mobile!
It loaded fine. Clicked on https://github.com/xyzz/openmw-android/releases
-
Migrating old Android version to new one? Also how do I find what mods I was using?
Dunno about the rest of your questions but here's where I got my app. I couldn't find it on playstore either.
-
Can I play Morrowind on Android if I don't own a PC? If yes, how?
link to OMW
OpenMorrowind has literally been ported to android. You do not have to play the game in Exagear.

OMW Nightly 0.48, Morrowind (Fullrest pack), Snapdragon 720g
Here's the actual repo https://github.com/xyzz/openmw-android
Xyzz's nightly was already at .48 (https://github.com/xyzz/openmw-android/releases) and included some of Sisah's changes. It didn't look like Sisah has made many changes since when comparing the masters
-
OpenMW Nightly, Android. How can I add Sunflares?
Because shisha's repo links to https://f-droid.org/packages/is.xyz.omw_nightly/ which is the same (?) as https://github.com/xyzz/openmw-android/releases/tag/0.48.0-46-nightly
