Learn AutoHotKey by stealing my scripts
If you like macOS keyboard shortcuts, I recommend you checkout Kinto go Windows and Linux. On Windows, Kinto used AHK
However, at least when I set it up Kinto did not provide switching windows I’m this fashion. Here is the script I use.

Toshy v23.08: Mac-like per-app keyboard shortcuts. Now supports Solus 4.4.
The project was based on another project that's been around for a few years called Kinto, by Ben Reaves, which notably also has a Windows version (https://kinto.sh) using AutoHotkey. But has no Wayland support (at this time) in its Linux version.

Toshy v23.07: Mac-like per-app keyboard shortcuts. Supports Tumbleweed and Leap.
Toshy is based on Kinto.sh, by Ben Reaves (https://kinto.sh or https://github.com/rbreaves/kinto). Kinto is basically an extensive keymapper config that not only shifts modifier keys appropriately for different keyboard types, but has full keymaps for a number of different apps like VSCode. My variant of Kinto adds some features and utilities for managing the services that make it work, and tools like a script to change the function keys mode of any keyboard that uses hid_apple. That means MacBook keyboards mostly, but also some non-Apple keyboards with media keys apparently use that driver module.

Toshy v23.07: Mac-like per-app keyboard shortcuts on KDE (supports Wayland+KDE)
I have a project called Toshy that finally brings Mac-like keyboard shortcuts to KDE Plasma desktops using a Wayland session. It's based on a project called Kinto, by Ben Reaves (https://kinto.sh). As of now, Kinto works only on X11/Xorg sessions. This is due to its use of the xkeysnail keymapper, which has no Wayland support. It is totally reliant on Xlib.

Keyd: Linux Key Remapper
Tangential: I'm currently looking for a way to map Mac-style shortcuts on Linux (e. g. Meta + C/V for copy / paste). The only thing I know is https://kinto.sh/, but it looks a bit too janky to my taste. Any other ideas?

Reviving an old MacBook with Linux? Do these immediately.
And nothing about installing my https://kinto.sh app?

I'm going to write a full progression "guide" for switching to Linux from Windows or Mac. Need suggestions.
For Mac switchers, check out https://github.com/rbreaves/kinto

Liberating the MacBook Air 2013 with Linux
Another option is https://kinto.sh . It worked perfectly for me out of the box on Pop OS, and with a few tweaks to shortcuts I’m pretty happy with the experience to the point where I can fairly seamlessly switch between computers and not be driven crazy by the shortcuts.

Three-finger gesture for equivalent of alt-tabbing
There isn't something like this that currently exists, and three-finger swipes in KDE are set to switching workspaces (you cannot change this unfortunately). However, if you use https://github.com/JoseExposito/touchegg with the https://github.com/JoseExposito/touche GUI, you can customise a different gesture to press Alt-Tab.

Any widgets that can mimic the Windows 10 control center(slides out from the right of the screen)? It's really handy when I'm on my laptop. Windows, by default maps it to a 4 finger tap on the touchpad. Can we replicate this on KDE?
Touchegg is really good for multi-finger gestures. The default configuration file is for Gnome so you will need to download this .conf file to use it in KDE. You can edit the config file in GUI with Touché.

Touchegg Client not Auto-Start Issue
I love using touchegg and ToucheggKDE for improve gesture experience on KDE Plasma. But the issue I encountered when using Void Linux is the touchegg not work until I run touchegg in terminal, even the daemon already executed with user ' _touchegg ' with command ' touchegg --daemon '

You could install Touchegg or Fusuma. GNOME uses Touchegg for the gestures.

Have you tried using ToucheggTouchegg. You can edit all sorts of gestures. X11 only (no Wayland)
