ZSA Voyager: Low profile split keyboard
Why would you ever need to hit Shift-Option-F12 ? They keyboard is customizable and the IDE shortcuts are customizable. I have a VsCode layer on my crkbd (https://github.com/luc-languagetools/qmk-crkbd-vscode-builde...). I generate the actual keycodes using this python script, which also outputs my VsCode keybindings.json: https://github.com/luc-languagetools/qmk-crkbd-vscode-builde...

What's your favorite feature you implemented on your keymap? (can be anything!)
I have a dedicated VSCode layer and some associated code which allows me to manage VScode shortcuts a bit easier: https://github.com/luc-languagetools/qmk-crkbd-vscode-builder

You're using function keys wrong
Maybe checkout https://vickychijwani.me/blazing-fast-application-switching-.... Personally I use jumpapp which does more or less the same thing. https://github.com/mkropat/jumpapp.

Name a program that doesn't get enough love!
jumpapp - its a run-or-raise app. Basically, you set up a shortcut for something that you use often (an IDE, a browser, a terminal etc). Once you activate the shortcut, jumpapp will either run the app if its running, or start the app if it isn't.

This may be off-topic, but would you mind sharing your AutoHotKey script? I'm used to Jumpapp on Linux, but I was never able to recreate the same behavior on Windows.

I need help making a port
I'm trying to make a port for this: https://github.com/mkropat/jumpapp. Here is what I have so far for my Makefile.
-
Understanding what a port is
I was trying to learn how to build a package from source so I can install it. I was starting out with this simple shell script: https://github.com/mkropat/jumpapp Would all of the files on this git be considered a port for Linux? Since it has a Makefile and all of the source files. And if I wanted to convert this to a FreeBSD port I just need to edit the Makefile?

Trying to build a package
I'm trying to make a package of: https://github.com/mkropat/jumpapp what do I need to read? I've have looked through all of the files trying to figure it out, but I don't know how to make a package and include all the files in addition to the manifest. Where do you specify which files go in the package? I know the dependencies are specified in the manifest, but where do you specify the actual program files that go in the package?

[dwm] run-or-raise patch?
Perhaps use jumpapp and sxhkd?

What’s your way to migrate your data/prefs to a new desktop?
One of the more tedious tasks is having to define shortcuts manually, so I recently started used Xbindkeys which allows defining shortcuts in a .xbindkeysrc file, which works mostly well. For example, for jumpapp to open Firefox by pressing Super+F:
What are some alternatives?
