I’m working on a web app for changing the speed limit, anyone interested?
I did not use any existing libraries tough i based my code on pymoof as that one supports the S3.
I'm not sure if it will work with a firmware above 1.8.0 as there seem to be [issues with that version](https://github.com/quantsini/pymoof/issues/7) tough i cannot verify it as i'm below that version.

US Mode Vpn
If not, It's still possible with pymoof , vanbike-lib or Moofer
-
Moofer App
There is no .apk as far as i know. If you want to change the settings like region settings or assist, use pymoof or vanbike-lib

Anyone knows which firmware a new s3 ships with?
Yes, moofer (and every other third party tool like pymoof or vanbike-lib ) can still set the region to US, but not in offroad mode (38km/h or assist level 5)

speed limit
You can use moofer, just not the Offroad 37 km/h mode. You can also use mooovy.app to change the speed mode for free.
You can use moofer to change to 32kmh with 1.8.2, vanmoof only removed assist level 5 and 37kmh with the update 1.8.1 from what i am aware, you can also just use a VPN or https://mooovy.app/

It is possible to change the maximum speed until 32 km in the S3 in the Netherlands?? If yes, how I can do it? Any suggestion highly appreciate it
If you want to change the max speed to 32 kmph you can either use the "Moofer" app (paid) or go to mooovy.app on your phone while using a browser like Bluefy which is free.
You can buy Moofer for 10$ or use this for free: https://mooovy.app/ Other things to try that take a bit more time are: pymoof (search on GitHub) and vanbike-lib (as well on Github). I personally would use mooovy.app
