So Long, and Thanks for All the Feedback
Changelog posts will be on minecraft.net as they have always been. They just won't be posted here officially.

Minecraft on Microsoft store
What's the difference between getting Minecraft on minecraft.net vs on Microsoft's official store? They both say Java and Bedrock edition.
Yes I know but what difference is there between getting it from minecraft.net or Microsoft's store? The one at Microsoft's store is cheaper.

New User: I keep getting this error and I’m not sure how to fix it. I just barely bought a MC account.

Does Minecraft ever go on sale and is it okay to buy it from windows store?
Ik it is worth the price but it is still a bit pricey for me so i was wondering if it ever goes on sale.. Also i've seen people saying to buy from minecraft.net is it still the case after the java and bedrock integration? since we get both together no matter where we buy from it shouldn't matter where i buy from, no?
okay, if i buy it from minecraft.net will i still be able to access it from microsoft store of the same account

I have Bedrock, why will it not let me install java (it’s saying i have to pay for it)
it's the one from minecraft.net, I doubt it's fake...
the one from minecraft.net, which existed before the microsoft store one, cannot run minecraft bedrock. it says "launcher incompatible with version" when trying to select bedrock

- OpenJDK vs Oracle JDK?
- Amazon Corretto, Microsoft Build of OpenJDK, Red Hat Build, IBM Semeru, Oracle, or something else?
