Are there other supervised ml tasks in NLP besides text classification?
Jacob Eisenstein's Natural Language Processing textbook is not as broad, but does a good job of breaking down NLP into different approaches.

Hello. I'd love to get into NLP. As far as i know this course https://github.com/jacobeisenstein/gt-nlp-class lectures are very nice, but however homeworks are not in public access. Do you know some nice uni course where homeworks/excercises are in public access? Thank you in advance!
