Is getting a working resin printer easier then FDM?
I have a Prusa MK3S, bought as an MK3 in 2018 and then upgraded. And build my own Prusa Bear (https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade) which costed me more time getting it to work because I cheaped out on the stepper motors initially. But both printers is fire and forget for me. I print a lot, mostly PLA and PETG, sometimes ABS, without any problems.
- My opinion about Prusa i3 in 2022 and Perhaps 2023
- Can i replace Mk2.5s Y-frame with 3030 extrusion?

How to print without network?
You could go one step further and install PrusaSlicer on the Pi itself -- with a desktop environment and a browser, you could download STLs, slice them, and print them all from the printer.
