Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

GitHub Pages usually works by building your website using a tool called Jekyll. This uses a theme -- it looks like that's Primer in your case -- which describes how websites are formatted, and how they're styled. You can follow their instructions on how to add your own CSS on top of that. Try doing * { color: red; } just to see if you can get your stylesheet working (it should turn all text red), and then go from there.

windows 10 audio issue
We have not pushed the instructions for this to our wiki yet, but I can link to the in progress instructions we have on github. First look at "Installing DDU", then scroll down to the "Wiping Audio Drivers" section. Remember that you have to be in safe mode when running DDU, instructions are linked to in the article.

BSOD every time I load up, abrupt shut downs almost constantly
In the reinstall guide, when you get to this screen, click on Repair your computer in the bottom left.
