Windows feature that resets system clocks based on random data is wreaking havoc
Unless you need the newest features, Photoshop runs surprisingly well under Wine - and I don't mean this in the usual "oh yea, Wine totally works" way where it's a huge pain to set up and is 90% luck, it actually runs with barely more glitches than on Windows (not zero, but it's Adobe software, so you can't expect much).
This is the installer I used to use: https://github.com/Gictorbit/photoshopCClinux
This one is newer and looks even more promising: https://github.com/LinSoftWin/Photoshop-CC2022-Linux

how well does photoshop run with "playonlinux" on ZorinOS?
Probably not. Your best bet would be to use a Windows Virtual Machine to run photoshop or just dualboot. Your 2nd best bet would be Bottles or Lutris if you absolutely must run photoshop on Linux and will accept no substitutes. I warn you that this may turn into a Frodo Baggins-esque journey for an experienced user. Here is a small guide: https://github.com/Gictorbit/photoshopCClinux

Why do you tolerate this nonsense
There are Linux repacks for Photoshop which isn't exactly legal but it sets up wine and it's much easier than installing it on windows https://github.com/Gictorbit/photoshopCClinux

Linux Workstation for Media?
Since then, I try to keep an eye on DaVinci Resolve things (like MakeResolveDeb) and things like the WinApps/cassowary, Gictorbit/MiMillieuh Photoshop installer, and Photogimp, or news like about OBS being officially supported on Linux through Flatpak and why that matters.

.
Yes, the GIMP UI is horrible. I haven't seen anyone say something different. Also you can use Photoshop on Linux but it's connected with a lot of hassle. https://github.com/Gictorbit/photoshopCClinux

People who made use of Photoshop/adobe apps through WINE on Linux, how did it go?.
I do use Krita but only for animation along with Blender for 3D scenarios like they do with Gumball "tv show", I'm happy that I can use Blender on Linux, I've heard about Wine and I'm more than willing to try it out as much as it's needed, I've been sent a link of a workaround to use even newer versions of Photoshop on Linux".

Is there any possible way to get Adobe on Linux?
IV installed and used this quite a few times but not being an image editor kinda guy I cant vouch for everything working perfectly. https://github.com/Gictorbit/photoshopCClinux

Windows 11 will just randomly freeze at times for a few seconds, go blank and come back
Stuff has been uninstalled from Settings and Control Panel and CTT's Utility (to enable some settings I would've enabled through Terminal commands already) and Sycnex's Debloater (to uninstall some apps) have been used. It's nothing major as I only uninstalled apps I could download from the store if necessary and made sure not to delete any major system components except Edge maybe. I have read through every menu and setting any of these utilities has brought up thoroughly to ensure I didn't do so. I believe I did my research before enabling/disabling a setting.
