The sequence classifier is discussed at https://github.com/cov-lineages/pangoLEARN. I mostly check this project to see when outbreak.info or cov-spectrum get updated. FYI the pangoLEARN classifier is currently struggling to get the Delta sublineages correct; that’s a reason why the cov-spectrum lineage wildcards are helpful.
