zfs + Prometheus health monitoring?
There are other zfs exporters (e.g. https://github.com/pdf/zfs_exporter) but I think none of them are packaged for NixOS. I'm not 100% sure how to know that for sure though.

How best to monitor a mirror for content and disk health?
https://github.com/pdf/zfs_exporter and other solutions try to scrape zpool and zfs commands so I thing using zpool_influxdb is a better way.
