optimizer VS OpenAsar

Theres a setting somewhere which brings back the old right-click interface… i used this to do it but im sure it just changes some small setting somewhere (especially if you dont want to download a new program).

HellZerg allows you to disable Windows & Chrome Telemetry, including disabling services and improving overall system performance.

HoneCTRL, Optimizer, O&O ShutUp10++ and Tron (haven't used it since I factory resetted a few days ago.)

Currently I use webcord but I used to use OpenAsar, which has an option to ignore an update when it is available. You can use an alpm hook to automate the process.

if you really rely on discord you could use something like this as a bandaid to remove some telemetry. mainly for crashes and error. also gives some nice little extra features. https://github.com/GooseMod/OpenAsar

You can make it permanent using OpenAsar, if you aren't afraid to use Discord modifications.

I don't know how much it'd help, depends on the PC, but you could try installing OpenAsar at https://openasar.dev/ it's a replacement of app.asar that eliminates dependencies and makes discord run a bit smoother

Use openasar it allows you to skip updates while make discord faster overall
