Newly windows install on my personal laptop has disabled phone link because my organization manages the settings, however there's no org, I'm using my personal outlook account.
The only reason I think I might be getting this error is that I used windows optimizer to disable start menu ads.

Thoughts on Windows 11?
Theres a setting somewhere which brings back the old right-click interface… i used this to do it but im sure it just changes some small setting somewhere (especially if you dont want to download a new program).

Dark Search missing in 21H2
I know it is not what you want but if you want "dark themed" search install Open-Shell with Fluent-Metro skin

StartIsBack has sorted my only real gripes with 11's taskbar, start menu, context menus and "look"
Openshell (with the fluent metro theme) is a free alternative that gives a similar look and a ton of customizability.
