Not an ios guy.But why don't you give Beam a look or one of the reddit clients mentioned here ( just do a 'find in page' ->search for reddit )

Does Apple allow you to integrate Animoji/Memoji into your own app?
Nope, you can’t do that. AvatarKit is a private framework and there’s a project on GitHub that let’s you play with it. But a production app using this wouldn’t get past the App Store review.
