This is the code I used to create a small private SMS text chat system that employs GPT3 from OpenAI and "nonviolent communication", an algorithmically based method of conflict resolution. Hopefully the chat helps users process conflict. (by renayo)

How can I improve the security of my website?
Well I would like to protect my server basically. I don't want a bot to just spam the website. I host the server in Heroku and I recently added recaptcha v3 to my website.
