Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.
How do you all monitor ambient temps for your drives? Cooking drives is no fun... I think I found a decent solution with these $12 Govee bluetooth thermometers and Home Assistant.

My fridge and other homelab gear is plugged into Sonoff S31 smart plugs (flashed with Tasmota) + Prometheus endpoint exposed), so I can monitor the current and graph that.
Options for integrating dimmable 24 V LED strip with Amazon Echo?
3 projects | reddit.com/r/homeautomation | 1 Nov 2022
If you reflash the Shelly with Tasmota, ESPHome, or WLED, I believe you can explicitly define the PWM frequency, as well as the min/max dimming levels. I use ESPHome with Home Assistant (and explicitly define the PWM frequency), but even if you used Tasmota, you could masquerade it as a Philips Hue or Belkin WeMo device to use with your Echo for now. WLED can connect to Alexa as well.

Install a smart LED controller, power supply, and strip of your choice. The Zooz ZEN31 works for Zwave. Gledopto makes a few decent Zigbee options. For Wifi something like the H801 or Shelly RGBW would work well, but I would flash them with Tasmota or ESPHome first.
Questions for automation/integration in HA
3 projects | reddit.com/r/homeautomation | 4 Oct 2022
I have given you examples and websites for both Tasmota and ESPHome to do your own research. If you're asking these questions, it's clear you've done absolutely zero research on your own. I'm happy to help if you have questions along the way, but I'm not going to spoon feed you this information if you aren't going to do any independent research.

Does your SSID PW have any special characters? Unless they've changed something, you'll either need to remove them or read up on some of the workarounds.2 projects | reddit.com/r/tasmota | 27 Sep 2022
There is also an issue with WiFi SSIDs longer than 32 characters: https://github.com/arendst/Tasmota/issues/1943
Looking for a light bulb that can work as one of those natural light alarm clocks
2 projects | reddit.com/r/homeautomation | 17 Sep 2022
If you just want an "alarm clock bulb" that will change color temperature over a set period of time, this is a hub-less option based on any compatible RGB smartbulb flashed with the opensource Tasmota firmware.

There are some notes here and here. There were some earlier issues around physical switch changes not triggering MQTT messages properly, but those should have been fixed in 9.1 two years ago.
