What's better than Signal when it comes to privacy?
You have obviously the classic one like Signal, Silence etc
The Signal client is open source with reproducible builds so it's verifiable what information is sent to Signal servers.

I deleted my Facebook a long time ago too. Meta is the worst and most unethical tech company by a long shot. I'd swap WhatsApp with the much better Signal if I can get more people to use it instead. A lot of Google stuff can be easily substituted, such as with Proton.

what the fuck happened to signal's dark mode? it's dark gray now. The whole point of black was to help AMOLED screens.
