ELI5: What is GitHub.io ?
That's a Vue application. I don't know much at all about how Vue works, but it seems like this is the index.html and this is the most important JS file.

Legendary build help
build
This is my legendary tank/dps build. Although it doesn't have any offensive attributes the lullaby makes up for that. I've been able to get up to 96 kills and 1206 mill damage on district union arena so it's not bad. https://mxswat.github.io/mx-division-builds/#/IwJgtArGAMbgbDMwDs12wCwE4RVsMAFzCJTZxiLYrJoZgDMK8tKAdJsiCWAByRKZcKgywOXHHm5FGg2OFgF66MFPwwScjYqSiG6pNBLgBCo3THIlm4BESx4umy9vwsa2sGhdvibxouRCCYcnYWrkEoQA

Help! Theory crafting a 'Damage/Heals' hybrid PvE build. Any reason this wouldn't work? Anything to make it more effective?
I would recommend some skill damage/red, CC/red or blue/red hybrids. I used to run something like this: https://mxswat.github.io/mx-division-builds/#/MwTgtOCMlgDGN5LnAXAFgGwvjPlgEBWHNddCBRBMdAJlKVWEKmuQ7VEukb9lR0KBHqUgkAHDkHdsIKeJLiA7MWzipHGasgUQFEnXiZsnAZFjY9FZJhggGWokA, before I found out ND can basically do the same thing without Glass Cannon.
Sure, here you go pal. https://mxswat.github.io/mx-division-builds/

Uh guys? What's the best crit chance/damage build
https://mxswat.github.io/mx-division-builds/#/EwVgtMYMxgjBYAMSXMQLmADgQFjgsPGqulMpDPJLviWurvLPlauw7AOwJv0eZ8sGHw6lhOIXEjBkANn6dJYcLBnIocsFwCcAxWPrpEQA
Something like this if you average below 30% headshots could technically outpace a 3-Providence over the course of a mission, but maybe by around 20,000-30,000 DPS only.

Why I keep an eye on the Vue ecosystem and you should too
Vite came out in 2020 and is one of the fastest exploding tools in webdev I personally witnessed. From release to pretty much everybody is using it and shaming create-react-app was only about 2 years. Of course this happened for good reason, a basic setup was relatively easy, it had a very powerful plugin system, and compared to it's competition it was blazingly fast.

What is Vinxi, and how does it compare to Vike?
Vinxi is really a kind of Meta-Router / Router Manager (built on the dev-server and bundler-toolkit Vite and the http-server Nitro). Vinxi uses various routers of your choosing as a core primitive, and allows you to compose them in a centralized config so that they work together. Be it server or client routers.
