Is there a way to export out all my cards collection from MTG arena?
https://mtgarena.pro/ will show your collection online, in your account. You can search there. There is also an Export Collection als MtgGoldfish.csv.
I have tried to use https://mtgarena.pro/ or https://mtga.untapped.gg/ or https://mtgatracker.com/. These seems to be only tracking my games wins & loses status. They don't seem to know what my card collections are.

What tracker shows newly acquired cards?
Are you sure its up to date info and not some data from some time ago? Just downloaded mtgarena.pro to check it by myself and I get jack shit in the rewards tab... but Im able to see ICR rewards from 2019 when I was using it.
I've tried untapped.gg, mtgahelper.com, and mtgarena.pro.

I saved 100,000 gems as a F2P!
It doesn't show up until you get over 100%. Every 5th copy of a common or uncommon adds to it, and then once you have enough to open it will appear. You can also find out what your vault progress is by using a tracker like mtgarena.pro or untapped.gg .
It will show for you when yours gets to 100, but if you are curious before then you can install a tracker from mtgarena.pro or untapped.gg and among other stats it will tell you your vault progress %.

I used the tracker from https://mtgarena.pro/, but it stopped working
yes this work, but mtgarena.pro it showed which cards were missing before importing the deck and also listed all the decks I could create with my collection, but it doesn't work now
