MPC-HC is the premier Windows player. It has pitch corrected playback speeds. Alternatively, Audacity can as well, but it's more complicated. MPC-HC is also the best movie player you can get.

Open releases on the right side of the page, go to a version of your choosing and at the bottom of the post in the Assets section choose whatever binary you need. Alternatively, you could use a windows packet manager such as chocolatey, for example, and it can handle all that for you. They do have both outdated and the modern fork of MHC-HC

This is a program installed called Greenshot. It's a utility used for taking screenshots. If you want it to go away, you can uninstall greenshot.
