Lately I've been working a lote more with bulma.io, and finding it frustrating as a designer not having a complete library to work with. I started this one a while ago now, but finally put in the effort to finish it — hopefully it can help make life easier for some other folk here too!

Bulma is a free and open source CSS framework based on Flexbox. It provides cross-browser consistency and is built with Sass, which means you can modify it to your heart’s content. The markup is semantic and class names are carefully chosen to be both meaningful and descriptive.17 projects | dev.to | 18 Sep 2022
Bulma is completely modular so you can use only those elements that suit your project best. All components and elements are well documented so you won't have problems understanding how they work together and how to customize them if needed. It also aims to provide a clean, comfortable, and elegant design. It includes several modules: buttons, forms, tables, navigation bars, tabs, and more. To date, it has been downloaded over (npm) 35+ million times and it has around 46,000 GitHub stars.
Want to write a simple website for hosting my school notes (pdfs) as a way to access them from anywhere (I know there are better ways, but I find this fun and it's directly related to one of my classes). Does anyone have any recommendations for an efficient and stylish layout fit for my purpose?

For the overall look and design.... Use Bulma and be done with it! Unless you really really want to learn CSS - if you do it yourself it's going to take much longer and won't look as nice.
