There is a some effort in Nim, called moe. Nim has a lot of features similar to a Lisp, and is both compiled and scriptable. Of course, it requires contributions to make it usable as a daily driver, but I guess that is somewhat the point. The vision is sound imo.

for autocomplete, there are a bunch of lsp clients for Vim and Neovim ships with one, you may want to check: coc, ycm, ale, vim-lsp, cmp, nvim-lspconfig

Also try out LSP ( lsp-config (mason.nvim)[https://github.com/williamboman/mason.nvim] ) and (treesitter)[https://github.com/nvim-treesitter/nvim-treesitter]. Configure the parts that you like and get used to the jump list.

i do like to know where do i know the available settings for some language servers but i cant find them in server_configurations.md file, i knew they were available there but looks they removed?
Is there any way to autocomplete language functions? For example, show things like fmt.Printf or fmt.Println when writing fmt.Print and pressing the autocomplete key.

Next step is to make Neovim really understand our code: have it autocomplete variables, setup jump to definition, rename variables, all that good stuff. To achieve this I recommend using the builtin LSP client, configure it using nvim-lspconfig and then setup autocomplete with nvim-cmp. But doing that is not exactly easy, I made another guide specifically for this:
Is there a way to follow requires or imports for example in neovim

To use the LSP it would be 'go to definition'. If you use nvim-lspconfig, the default keymap is gd

I use the built-in completion, which the nvim-lspconfig docs even provide the setup for:
Attempt to call field 'setup' (a nil value) when adding volar configuration.
