F3D is an open source 3D viewer, fast and minimalist
Shameless plug: if you are interested in viewing and/or embedding glTF or USDZ files on the web, I worked on an HTML element for that called
"It's like or tag for 3D models"

LunchboxJS – Vue 3/Three.js custom renderer
What is these days the way to make a simple 3D model exported in gltf interactive? I mean hide or show parts of the model? Add interactivity by having some JavaScript “steering” changes of the 3D model? Like an interactive model viewer. As modelviewer looks like not allowing to have a lot of interactivity

Advice on hosting Blender GLB/glTF files on personal website for easy viewing?
I found Google’s for GLB/glTF files and am considering integrating it into the static site generator I’m using (Hugo) for easy in-browser demos. If that doesn’t work, I might try A-Frame.

Looking for recommendations on in-browser viewers that have POV/Ground Level viewing modes
You are talking about the next step beyond a browser 3D viewer, a 3D viewer with navigation. It's still an emerging area and lots of people looking to make a buck from it, since it involves having a server account with a lot of bandwidth. They are introducing new formats gLTF and glb, more directed towards VR and AR. https://modelviewer.dev/

A word of caution about Tailscale
There really should be a website like this that keeps track of popular & useful "free" things, documents the things they promise, and then tracks the date at which they turn into crap. A bit like https://killedbygoogle.com/, but for the enshittification of cloud services.

Be wary. Google is known to kill off products, and Keep hasn’t gotten much in the way of upgrades in years. See https://killedbygoogle.com

Google have shut down _plenty of paid_, and non consumer products.
