Gimp.org down?
www.gimp.org and download.gimp.org are on different parts of the infrastructure, so this is why e.g. the website can be up, while downloads are failing. In the latter case, it's mostly Mirrorbits instance not working, which is distributing downloads out to the various mirrors.
