Authenticating on SAML site
If they let you register new service providers, then sure you could use samly to stand up a service provider. Hopefully they'd have some documentation for doing so.
Is the site strictly browser based or are the APIs exposed? If they are exposed, some basic searching seems you can potentially use something like this https://github.com/handnot2/samly to authenticate, then you can make calls as normal using HTTPoison.
