Millenaire
Millénaire is a Minecraft mod that aims to fill the "emptiness" left by the default Minecraft Villages by adding new NPC villages loosely based on 11th century cultures. Games for designing castles?
Check out the Minecraft mod Mine Colonies. You build your own colony which attracts villager npc's. You can assign them roles like carpenter, cook, guard,etc. You designate where they should build and supply them with food and materials and they will build it. Slowly working towards one big colony.
